Stop the drug causing it e.g Flagyl, Tinidazole, antibiotics, Chlorowuine etc. Use enteric coated tablets if available or give injectible form.Digene 2 tsp x 4 hourly Tab. PERINORM 10mg tds nausea.Chew cardamom, Chocolates, to mask the bitter taste. While prescribing drugs like Flagyl, Chloroquin etc. instruct the patient about the after taste in the mouth.
